• You may request an application using information on the "Contact Us" page.

• We keep you informed of any adoptive opportunities, based on the data you have provided on your application form.

• Upon receipt of your application and intake form, your portfolio is activated after a phone consultation.

• You decide whether to pursue an adoption plan.

• You are then put in contact with available resource personnel. We encourage your active cooperation.
